thank you today I did all types of push ups from assisted with machine, floor , rail to just arms upand elbows toching each other. This added up to at least 200. i am back in town and on the radar again. Well from 30 a day I have went up to 50 and so is my husband.:bigsmile: :happy: :happy:

Back on the radar and while away I kept up with the challenge. Today 135 done. Just for an update, I completed the 1st squat challenge on 6/11/13. I went from a waist 32 to 30 and hip 42 to 38; my thighs stayed aty 25inches now more defined. Thank you.....:bigsmile: :laugh:

Just wanted to say that for some reason I decided to look in the mirror and flex my pecs just to see if this exercise is really working and boy is it. I am getting muscle build up and I like it. The push up challenge rocks:laugh:

I am a little slow so today although me nor my husband do as much as the challenge, I did another 30 and he did 40 because he owed me 10 fromthe other day. Again thank you for the group. It has kept me accountable and a purposeful desire to be lean and mean.:bigsmile: :wink:

It is so funny that you would mention that because I am still in the first 30 day squat challenge that ends on 6/11/13. All I could think of is the advertised picture and I want a tush like that. I feel that I have toned up.
