Get ready, set, and done did it. Boy was that fun. I see how the challenge increases. I am not a big fan of sit ups but I like the planks and crunches. I am not crazy about the leg lifts Can I do side leg lifts instead? Just sayin..........:grumble: :laugh:

I was not happy with the body that I saw in the mirror #1, my husband put his arm around me while laying down and he grabbed my fat belly and said what's that?#2 and because I am tired of the scale disrespecting me.:bigsmile:

One day I just started eating vegetarian food and really enjoyed it. No life changing story or tragedy from the doctors office. I also have a family history of hypertension, diabetes and obesity. Last but not least hgh chloesterol.:sad: :flowerforyou: Thanks for asking

Kool I am on my 3rd week of Shawn T's Hiop Hop abs and my husband will be getting insanity for my. Hey if you want an additional move to your regime try the September circuit challenge. We are on week 1. Go at your own pace but don't give up unless that's what your body tells you. Good luck....
