  • I've had the flu the last week and I haven't really logged all my food. But I know I haven't eaten a lot and I've lost weight. I had a really sore throat and that has made it hard to eat. But I have been eating a few things I normally wouldn't and I haven't worried about balancing my nutrients too much.
  • The two first days were the hardest for me, my body was very sore afterwards. But now the workouts feels easier. But that might change when I try workout 3 and 4 for phase 1.

  • I'm 5'3 and 135 is my goal weight. That's the weight I was before I got my kids and I wasn't underweight or too skinny at all. A few years before that I was 108 lbs and at that time I was just over normal BMI. So you could still loose weight and not be underweight.
