I am so sorry for your loss. The love of a dog is a beautiful thing, and there is always something missing when you lose them. xx

I do love a Heeler. They are so good with the kids (most of the time!)

Totally looking forward to being 'overweight' again - it's another 10kg for me to reach that milestone.

I am similarly, irritatingly shaped. I am 5'9" and I am very, very lean when my weight is 170lb. The absolute smallest size I have ever been is a size 12 (Australian) in SOME clothing. I have long since let go of trying to be something I am not. I know if i am fitting size 14 (au) I am at a healthy size for me. Size 14 has…

I'm in Australia, but it' such a BIG country, there is a lot I would like to explore first! I'd go straight up to the northern most point and check out the eastern state and all the places I have lived along the way. then Across to Ayers Rock, kakadu, up to Darwin briefly, across to Broome in WA, down to the bottom of WA,…

What's YOUR problem with breasts? ...kidding. LOL

My mother used to make a chocolate slice with weet(a)bix in it. Cocoa, weetbix, flour, sugar, coconut, butter.. and iced with either coconut or sprinkles on top. I made it recently, but can't keep it in the house as I can't leave it alone!

Well there you go, OP: Whatever you choose, you will have people judging your decision, and thinking they know better but haven't been in your situation. Do what works for your circumstance - some people love it, some don't some would have done it differently. You just need to be able to tell the naysayers to go shove…

34 yo Female, with ACTUAL twin babies - 14mth fraternal girls. Australian. 5'9" SW: 230lb CW: 222lb GW: 175 lb then reassess. I have a big frame - size 11 (Au) shoe Just trying to ditch the weight, and this is primarily by eating right. Exercise fits where it can (no gym membership here!), and is currently just brisk…

Yup. Twin pregnancy and the aftermath... kinda wish I had kept at least *some* clothes.

Bahahahaaaaa this is me. I can tell you it's very motivating to know that if I want to wear anything more than the 2 shirts that fit ok and my very tight pants, I need to do something! :-D

That was my desert last night. With a teaspoon of smooth peanut butter in it. IT WAS GOOOOD!

Oh yes. This.

I'll throw in my .02 cents I'm a SAHM. I have 14 month old twins. Prior to their birth, I was working full time in the financial industry. We had planned to have kids, with me to be able to spend as much time with them as I wanted - if that meant staying home until it drove me mad in 18mths, or staying home until they…

Nevermind, I think I have it worked out. FYI - Incase this issue ever comes up again - My stride length is probably longer than the average that Fitbit has calculated.

I'm in Australia, and Meth is making it's way through our cities and suburbs. It's certainly on the increase according to Hospital ER admissions according to friends who work in health. I have a very good friend who has had it a few times at least, but then he takes almost anything - caught him huffing glue once. A family…

Chasing after kids can mean it is hard to get into a healthy groove. For the first 6 months of my twins life, I ate what I could grab, where and when I could grab it which meant I was often hungry then made poor choices. :-)

I was happy to if I think the dude even knows I am alive, or interested. Have done a few times, some success and some 'not so much' success -eg. 'We can be friends and see what happens'... really? Sure I'll be your friend but that's it, I'm not pushing the issue anymore. I WILL make sure the girls are on display when I see…

I lost 60lb using WW back in 2009-2010, old points plan. After working a lot and then having babies, I gained it all back by just being slack with my nutrition. I was thinking about rejoining WW Online (which i did last time) but can't afford it, so was looking here and found this link:…

They do have a very good memory of where their stuff is, I am totally not surprised by this.

I would be panic-stricken too, if I were in your position. I had twins just over a year ago, and my husband actually sourced and arranged to pick up all the cots, carseats and change tables etc thankfully. We had to be prepared because twins are notorious for arriving early. Don't wait for someone to call, or mention the…

Blue Cattle x Kelpie.... we think. She's 4 in June. Rescued from the pound at 5 mths old. She had an xtreme sports injury a few years ago where she totally exploded the joint in her back leg - jumped for a ball and landed badly. Joint has been rebuilt and she's almost good as new. :-) Her name is Joanie.

2 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 dog here. We are on a pretty strict budget (both adults not working) so when the salad goodies run out it's frozen vege time. I always have a few bags in the freezer, and they can be great to add to bakes/soups/stews as well. I find the budget has to stretch as DH and I have skim milk, low fat…

Whut? If I knew that I would have bottled my pee. I had twins, so my levels were crazy high. ...the things you didn't know you didn't know.... :noway:

Qld. Ex-Brisbanite now living on the Fraser Coast :-) I have 13 mth old twins so..yeah... got some weight to shed.

I keep Mars fun size in the freezer. They are about 80 cals each and when they're frozen they take a while to get through. I try to fit either one of those or a mini Cherry Ripe (also frozen) every night.

This ^ 100%. If I had kept going when I started back in July last year, I would probably be there by now. But that's ok, because I am here now, trying again. And added motivation is that I need to fit some of my warm clothes before winter!

That's just wonderful. Perseverance pays off, it's something I need to remember! Well done.
