Hi I am really new to this and have been looking at the 5:2 diet for a few weeks now. Can I ask what is the calorie in take people eat on none fasting days? Is there a rule for none fasting days?

if I'm eating out at restaurant I eat what I want go over the calories for that day. I eat less for lunch & breakfast. Enjoy my meal & desert out as it's not an every day occurrence have a nice night out

@gothomson do you feel squats making a difference on leg shape/tone or you doing other exercise too

. @rosebarnalice how often do you walk? I have bad knees but I manage walking fine. so am looking at walking as an exercise for lower body. I can't swim so that out.
