Hi all, I had a stroke age 39 in may 2020 total shock, as felt fine even 2 hrs before. Prior to my stroke i went spinning 2x a week and was on my feet majority of the day as im a nurse. Weight loss without exercise
Im looking for motivation that goals can be achieved without exercise. In may i had a stroke and am unable to excise like i used to. I need to lose 28lb to get bmi down. I know weight loss is about calories in/calories out but ive always done both and just need the success stories on calories only diet no exercise.

Hi all I've been off mfp a while. End of may i had a stroke age 39..luckly not big and i am back walking though slow. My cholesterol was normal but bp not i need to lose 1.5 stone never sounds much but now cant exercise like i used a nightmare. Any tips im grateful

I am looking at starting this. Just wanted to know has anyone used it that really were complete none runners. I couldn't even jog 1/2 a mile at present without walking lots of it. average calories over 1 week
I am set at 1200 calories a day. On the nutrition tab you can see over the week your average daily calories. Am I right in thinking that if I am under one day and say then couple of days later I am over. It won't effect my weight loss for the wk as long as my average daily is 1200 over the wk??
