I'll be joining tomorrow! I just finished 30 Day Shred today. I posted my results on the other thread. Excited for the next 30 days!1

Just completed day 1!
I really like how Jillian changed up the strength circuits from 30DS, three moves instead of two. Doing each move for only 30 seconds is much more tolerable.
But, what the heck is with that second cardio circuit! The running-mans are SO hard! That's definitely a move I hope to improve on. I couldn't keep up with how fast they were going 😩.0 -
@BayleyBear512 running man is just something else i end up running on the spot, but i am really enjoying it compared to 30 DS x2

You didn't like the Shred?? :laugh: I've been thinking about doing another round of the Shred... Maybe I'll join you for RI30 instead... When I did the Shred, I completed it in 37 days.

@Steph_135 i liked shred at the time however now ive started ripped out the 2 i prefee ripped. Though i will be honest never done ripped before. What do uou think @BayleyBear512 ?

I like them both but maybe for different reasons. I think Ripped is a little hard if you haven't done Shred first. Although I do prefer how Ripped has 4 levels instead of 3, and there are more strength moves in each 3 minute segment! Shred is still my go-to video if I haven't worked out in a long time.1 -

Thanks @BayleyBear512 !! I went to the basement to do it, but I was so grumpy that day, I ended up just lifting weights, and have done that a couple times since. Thanks for the encouragement!!

Day 4 done today! I had some bad food yesterday so my stomach was super upset today 😷. I had to pause the video a few times because I was feeling so blah. Made it through though. I didn't want to miss a day. @Steph_135 really nice! I miss the gym a bit for the weight racks. My husband plans to be back at the gym soon, they are opening on the 18th here. I think I'm going to stay away for awhile though!0

@BayleyBear512 what size weights you using? Think i need a lighter weight for lateral lifts in the side squats and for fly lifts on the chair squats.0

I'm using 3lbs weights. I have 5lbs which I use sometimes on some of the lighter moves but mostly stick with 3lbs0 -

Nice!! I'm also resting today. Day 7 tomorrow and then planning to move to lvl 2 for Day 8. Getting excited but also terrified to see how much harder it is. It's been a few years since I've done the DVD so I don't remember to well 😅0 -

8lbs does sounds rough! That's awesome that you've been able to use that heavy on a lot of moves. I feel you on those back raises, they are no joke. Definitely one of the harder strength moves in my opinion.0
