I am set at 1200 calories a day.
On the nutrition tab you can see over the week your average daily calories.
Am I right in thinking that if I am under one day and say then couple of days later I am over. It won't effect my weight loss for the wk as long as my average daily is 1200 over the wk??
Thank you in advance

I does matter how you divide up your week. I eat lighter during the week so I can eat more on the weekend.1
