help weight

On Sunday I weighed 11 St 4
I checked today and I am 11st 7.4lb

how can this happen. I've not exercised or ate anything too salty.

    Could be water weight, did you weigh the same time of the day?

    Any number of things can affect your scale weight on such a small amount like that. Typically, it's just NORMAL daily fluctuations. It can also be water weight from a new workout routine (muscles need water and hang onto it when you use them), or from your monthly cycle. It seems like a lot, but I monthly gain almost 7 lbs in water weight over TOM and then it all falls right back off later. It's probably nothing to worry about.

    Weight loss isn't linear, the scale is gonna bounce up and down. It just does, for EVERYONE. Consider entering your weight weekly or daily into trendweight.com and watch the GENERAL downward trend. That's the only thing you can really count on, and it's good information to have so later on you can tell the difference between a little aunt-flo related water weight and a failure to lose cause by a real problem.
