    I haven't done this particular plan, but I have done several of her videos on YouTube, I definitely feel like she is a good trainer, and her workouts can pack a punch! Try some of her free stuff on YouTube and see if you like her. She's one of my favorites. As for results, I cycle through different programs every few months, when I was using her exclusively I definitely felt like I got stronger, but I had enough fat on me at the time and wasn't counting calories yet, so I didn't see much of a difference.

    I’ve heard she is pretty good. I’ve done quite a bit of Leslie Sansone’s walking videos when the weather’s been bad.

    I always loved Jessica Smith's workouts, she makes exercise fun and you'll not realise the time going in :smile:
    To have success at weight loss though you need to take in less calories than you burn so logging your foods accurately will have the most impact on any weight loss - the exercise will help by creating more calorie deficit.
