I haven't done this particular plan, but I have done several of her videos on YouTube, I definitely feel like she is a good trainer, and her workouts can pack a punch! Try some of her free stuff on YouTube and see if you like her. She's one of my favorites. As for results, I cycle through different programs every few months, when I was using her exclusively I definitely felt like I got stronger, but I had enough fat on me at the time and wasn't counting calories yet, so I didn't see much of a difference.0

I’ve heard she is pretty good. I’ve done quite a bit of Leslie Sansone’s walking videos when the weather’s been bad.0

I always loved Jessica Smith's workouts, she makes exercise fun and you'll not realise the time going in
To have success at weight loss though you need to take in less calories than you burn so logging your foods accurately will have the most impact on any weight loss - the exercise will help by creating more calorie deficit.0
