Has anyone tried Jessica Smith walk the weight off 30 day programme?

    I do a lot of her videos on YouTube and I really like her. She is challenging but not over the top. I wish I could speak to her actual program-keep us posted.

    BIG fan here! I have been on a Jessica Smith kick since last February, own the 30-day program and all three of her Walk Strong programs, and follow her recommended rotations for her videos - it's the most consistency I have experienced in the past decade. I do four-six week rotations, and my goal is to finish the rotation on time (no skipped days!) I have lost 25 lbs, which is mostly due to my consistent calorie deficit, but I have also gained a ton in strength. The reason I can tolerate working out with the same instructor for a year is because her message resonates with me - work hard but honor your body. This is so important for me because I’m dealing with a couple of permanent injuries. She encourages focusing on what’s possible and offers doable modifications for the moves.
