Hi

I am collecting the wonder core smart today and was wondering if anyone has used it and what your thoughts are of it result wise.

I haven't really exercised for 2 years though my job is on my feet all day c

    Are you still using this? as I have one and think it's great but haven't used it long enough to see massive results.. Although when I started using it, my back felt stronger, my abs a bit firmer, legs.... Yeah I noticed a difference in the legs. Did you get the spinny circle thing with it? (can't for the sake of me remember what it's called lol) That's also great! You can really feel the burn. X
