Depending on your fitness level u may need more or less calories, the more active u r the more calories u will n eed

my daily calorie goal is 1200, and when i exercise i get more calories to eat which makes me happy. I'm 5'4 and currently at 171lbz, I was at 186. Im losing just fine with the tools fp is giving me

Everyone was not created to be the same shape and size. I've never the rock abs but i sure wouldn't mind a different body especially my tummy :( having kids changes alot.

Indeed it is fat, a circle of fat around the middle lol. I have lost 12lbs since I started working out but i can assure you that most of it has not come from my waistline I've only lost about 2 inches from the middle. Its by far the most frustrating.
