Protein and water....having veggies for snacks too will help to fill you up, so you don't end up feeling so hungry then possibly overeating.

If you have lost weight why would you want to go back mfp is simple... staying fit and eating healthy is something you should maintain for a lifetime...you can always indulge on some junk food here and there but I personally wouldn't make it a habit.

Lol, I started today on week 1.. It was kind of rough lol and here i was thinking of getting into the insanity workout.

I have the same issue with loose skin and belly flab..I know one thing for sure is that you cant spot reduce any one part of your body, lifting weights will help, you throw some cardio in your workout regimen as well. IT'S going to take hard work,dedication,time and patience..:wink:

It took me 73 days to lose 15 pounds, losing weight is a process takes time and patience. I personally think 143 is also a good weight depending on how tall u are.

well i've only lost 13 lbs since i started mfp which was about 76 days ago. I would your doing fine on weight loss journey. You can't. expect to just drop the ponds so quicly ,it takes time and patience
