Tummy

Although its clear that you can't spot reduce any specific area I've been on diet and fitness regime for almost 90 days..I have obviously lost weight but the jiggly belly is still there.I only lost about 2 in around my waist. Idk what to do..I'm starting to think that the only.way is to have a nip tuck

you didn't gain your jiggly belly in 90 days and it will take more than 90 days to get rid of it. Just keep doing what you're doing. You're making progress and that's what you should focus on.

    BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

And I second what he said...plus what another said...you didn't put it on in 90 days...There's no miracle fast way to weight loss. It'll happen with dedication and hard work.

Time, patience, persistence. A reasonable calorie goal. Strength training. And time.

    keep working at it!

You will feel much better doing it with exercise instead of surgery.

I looked horrible when I started working out in the gym. Ive been at it for 18 months now. I havent lost near as much weight as I would like to, but my body has changed so much!
