I've been on medication (levothyroxine), since I was 20. Most of my symptoms disappeared, except for the fatigue. My problem is just getting up enough energy to get up and work out.. though I would like some exercise tips.

My levels are in the normal range, yes. I have been taking supplements, but I hadn't started taking magnesium or calcium. No soy, no gluten, no processed sugars? I can do that.. I think. Water I drink tons of.

My thyroid is under control, and I take my medication the way I'm supposed to. Fatigue is just one of the things that hasn't gone away, and I haven't worked the weight off since gaining. My problem is just getting motivated enough to get up and work out.
