8/2/18 Exercised? Yes. Evening workout plan got derailed, but I was able to stream a yoga workout. Calories? Yes. Tracked. Yep. Weekend is coming :o . I ALWAYS derail my progress on the weekends. I completely lose my mind. I hope that being apart of this challenge will help me change the habit of going wild on the weekend.

8/1/18 Exercise? Yes. Went to the gym (treadmill, stairclimber, weight machines). Really didn't want to go but joining this challenge pushed me out of the house. Calories? Yes, a tad under goal. Tracked? Yep. Day 1 done.
