I had success with WW before kids, but not with the new system afterwards. I too have found this site to be easier to use, and it's FREE. Good luck to you and finding what works best for you.

I've felt like that in the past, especially when I was doing Weight Watchers, if I couldn't find the points, say for dinner, it would throw me off. Buy it on the side. I didn't get a chin up bar, I use my resistance bands over the door for chin ups. I love P90X, BTW! Good luck.

I've been eating more protein and fewer carbs....it's helping with feeling fuller longer and curbing cravings. Hope this helps. :happy:
