at your age I doubt you will have that much loose skin around your arms and thighs. Use a good moisturizer everyday to keep skin supple and it will most likely stay firm as you get fitter.

maybe at this point try to tone up your muscles and you will lose inches and firm up your belly. maybe not lose as much weight per say as you will gain muscle mass.

I am also feeling the pain of losing motivation. I had a great week last week and this week I just want a do-over. so very frustrating when you feel like a failure. trying to stay positive and tell myself that this is a minor setback. not the end of the world.

lucky you! I wish I had your problems! 7lbs in a month is awesome!! 1lb a week is normal and the healthy way to go. you are doing amazing! take measurements too. this helps a lot. keep going and you'll be fit and your Goal weight in no time!
