Years ago I stopped drinking soda and added a 5 mile walk a day - dropped 25 lbs in 6 months. I now will occasionally have a coke but don't crave it. I actually prefer water to anything sweetened. Thanks. I'm hoping logging my foods will help me make better choices. I have tried weight watchers and many other plans in the past. I usually have a problem eating enough calories to keep my metabolism up. Then there are days like yesterday where we celebrated a grandson's birthday with pizza and cake. today is a new day…

Started in January - Just joined the Y yesterday. Hoping this site will help me keep on target - losing weight and gaining strength. :smile:
