Just thought I would point out that there are different versions of C25K out there so if someones particular week or day is different than yours they are probably on a different version than the one you are on. '' Thank you I will look for the asterisk. Last night I weighed out my mayo and got so frustrated when all I could find were tablespoon or the entire jar (:noway: who eats an entire jar) but I could not find any with grams or ounces.

I would suggest a saliva test but I do not think OB/GYN's perform them. I went to a hormone specialist and had mine done. While my OB was very supportive, the blood test performed in her office showed everything normal so she suggested the saliva test. I think I am going to go to the gym M-W-F for some weight training and do the 30DS again T-Th-S-Sn but with heavier weights and following Natalie the entire time. LOL, it may take me several tries of completing the shred to keep up with Natalie the entire time.

I'm finally back in, just did L3D5 after a week being out with a back injury. I cheated on the rockstar jumps though, I'm scared to do them now since that is what I was doing when my back seized up. I just jumped straight up and down as high as I could, I did not bend my knees.
