  • I used them twice in the past, both times I lost weight and both times I gained it all back. I didn't feel jittery like some do, but I would grind my teeth/tense my jaws 24/7 while I was on them. IMO they are not worth it, yes you will lose weight but at what cost, they are nothing but legal speed.
  • A professional wrap the day before, IT IS ONLY A TEMPORARY fix and will only last about 2 days. I had to do it to fit into a brides maid dress. It helps you lose water weight, but I repeat, IT IS ONLY TEMPORARY, it is not actual weight loss. Added, a loss is not guaranteed, it is a gamble.
  • If you attempt it and succeed you are a winner no matter what place you come in. If you attempt and are unable to complete it, you are still a winner, don't let fear stop you.
  • I love Zumba and I love love love my instructor. I have Zumba on DVD and I could go to my school rec center for free to take classes but nope I drive across town and pay $5 per class just to take with my instructor, she is the bomb.com!   • I too am a scale addict, I have no self control when it comes to this. To prevent myself from driving myself insane I now have my husband hide it from me. He returns it to me on Sunday nights and after I weigh on Monday mornings I leave it on the coffee table and it is hidden away again before I return home on Monday…
  • IMO, wraps are only for an emergency temporary need. I had a professional one done to fit into a dress, it works but it is only water loss and it comes right back. However, it did allow me to fit into the bridesmaid dress for a day.
