I used them twice in the past, both times I lost weight and both times I gained it all back. I didn't feel jittery like some do, but I would grind my teeth/tense my jaws 24/7 while I was on them. IMO they are not worth it, yes you will lose weight but at what cost, they are nothing but legal speed.

A professional wrap the day before, IT IS ONLY A TEMPORARY fix and will only last about 2 days. I had to do it to fit into a brides maid dress. It helps you lose water weight, but I repeat, IT IS ONLY TEMPORARY, it is not actual weight loss. Added, a loss is not guaranteed, it is a gamble.

IMO, wraps are only for an emergency temporary need. I had a professional one done to fit into a dress, it works but it is only water loss and it comes right back. However, it did allow me to fit into the bridesmaid dress for a day.
