I was so excited to see what advice had been given LOL I am battling with my last 5kgs, but i havent been that good lately! I think we have to work so much harder once you have got to the end which is my downfall.. Sigh.

I am so confused about the Protein! I had no clue we had to stay within a certain limit other than the calories LOL! No wonder after a week i have lost no weight! Lol! I love "a New face not eating buscuits" I am also 30 and trying to lose 5kgs before our trip to spain! but its very difficult to stay on track! the application seems awesome! Since i am only on day 2... I will not get ahead of myself :)
