  • I agree with Samantha - the forgotten Garden is fantastic (I am also a fan of the books you list as your favourites so I am sure you'll like this one).
  • I just saw this at Shoppers Drug mart the other day and wondered about it. I'll have to try it once I have choked my way through the current horse pills I currently avoid taking :-)
  • OMG that guy is awesome. I hope I am like that as I get older. What an inspiration he is.
  • And that TOM guy creeps me out.. i don't think i have ever seen his post personally but the way all these women talk about him they seem to hate and despise this guy. he must be up to no good around here. [/quote] lol
  • Go get your body fat tested. I bet you have lost body fat but maybe gained a bit of muscle.
  • I used to live in Scotland for a few years and I weighed less then than I do now. That was despite all the pub nights, beer etc etc. I am sure it was because we walked everywhere. When I came home I put on 16 lbs in 3 months! And I was going out way less and cooking at home more because I had been gone so long I had lost…

  • I am allergic to Birch and so react to all the fruit / veggies that share the same protein. This sounds very familiar. I react to Apples, snap peas, carrots, almonds, peaches, cherries etc etc. There are some on the list that I do not react to yet but my allergist said it is only a metter of time. They are called 'Adult…

  • Well, I have not been in the exact same boat but I can offer support on the surprise pregnancy. Both my kids were unplanned and although very welcome, they were a surprise. My husband and I were married and I was already 32 when we had our first, which is a bit different but financially we were still just getting started.…
  • Me too! My son is just over a year now. With my first I dropped the weight so quickly! I was 10 lbs below my prepregnancy weight by the time he was 7 months old. I figured it was the breastfeeding as I didn't watch what I ate at all. This time I am breastfeeding again, doing bootcamp every week and exercising at least 2…
