Probably a dumb question....
So I was looking at a fool label today and it said 15 g carbs, 2 g fibre and 2g sugar. So - If 2g is sugar and 2 Fibre - what is the other 11 g? And - what does it matter (besides the Fibre) because doesn't our body turn it all into glucose anyways for energy?

Vanity sizing
Did anyone watch the Dr Oz show about Vanity Sizing? I was shocked! A size 12 is from 33 - 38 inch waist. Not only that but back in Marilyn Monroe's time a size 12 was a 28 inch waist! I can't believe how much it has changed.

Food Combining
Anyone using this technique? I have been reading about splitting up your carbs and proteins into different meals. Reminds me a lot of the scarsdale diet I did when I was a lot younger. Although that one also restricted what you could eat. Is anyone doing this? Is it successful? Any tips?
