Honestly, I think your results will be the same no matter which plan you go with. I do, however, think that 30ds will build up your endurance more so you can go HAM on the first round of t25. But maybe thats just me. I am bias because I like Jillian A LOT more then I like that insanity guy. Shaun? Yeah.

THIS ^ is an amazing Idea. I drink about 3-4 cups a day and stop at noon and drink water from then on. But I could drink so much more without it. I am just so scared of what would happen if I left coffee. I am scared that I wouldnt have energy at all... :(

And thanks everyone! I am going to walk up to that rack and act like I own it! I have decided to have someone video me during my workout too. So I can see my self from the side then reassess. I think I do well with form from what I see when I look ahead in the mirror.

To be honest, I DONT need him there as a spotter. Especially on a smith machine. I told him to stand at a distance and he threw a fit. I am just going to subtly show him this thread with out saying "YOURE WRONG!" He really annoyed me with being so close like I wasnt going to be able to do it. Lol. :)

IN for this. Started lifting a few weeks ago and am very scared. Not that I will get bulky, but that I wont lose fat. But I am going to do it! hopefully I prove myself wrong! :/

Thanks again guys! I think I will stick to fruits and veggies and protein w/ very little to no starches. Rice cakes.... I will try them. Its actually a really good Idea and may make a fantastic replacement for chips considering the crunch... I will have to look into that. Hmmm... Now I just need motivation to keep it up.…
