Can I trust my fit bit during workouts?
I was reading the post "So you're new here" and it suggested I get an hrm chest strap. I wear my fit bit during work outs. Just wondering if a hrm with chest strap is that much more accurate? Has anyone worn both at the same time and seen a difference between the two?

Am I sedentary or lightlly active?
I have estimated that I sleep/lie down for 420 minutes a day, sit for 710 minutes a day, and stand/move about for 310 minutes a day. How much sitting is counted as sedentary? Is there an appropriate way to tell? I read a suggestion to wear a pedometer for a day to see how many steps I take. But MFP doesnt say how many…

I took a few days off, Should I start over?
I hurt my ankle during insanity on Saturday. I have skipped 3 days of Insanity since from fear of hurting my ankle more. But it looks like I will be able to start again tomorrow or at most on thursday. Should I start all over again because I was only on my second week or should I pick up where I left off?

Ibprofen and INSANITY?
My body/muscles hurt so bad from insanity. Can I take ibprofen to help the imflamation/swelling of over worked muscle go down and the pain subside? Or will this effect my muscle building/weight loss in some way?

I dont know what to do... Almost everynight I wake up and eat. Last night I woke up, ate potato chips and two bowls of cheerios! I also get in trouble by eating things i am not supposed to.
