@tiffanylacourse - I was expecting Rick to lose his hand (like in the GN) when he left the "infirmary." I wonder if they will do that as they have followed through with Carl losing his eye. I tried the Left Coast MCT oil, cannot say I noticed any added benefits other than fat to my macros. The oil was good for adding to salads, coffee/tea and such, but not for cooking with.

Psyllium husk is the main ingredient in many fiber drinks. Any good health food store will carry it.

Thanks! Unfortunately I am not better, I have DDD and Sat was the "beginning" of a flare for me. I have hours and min where I feel great, but I cannot walk any distance, let alone run for the time being. The cold rain is supposed to stop this evening, I am ever hopeful I will move freer once this dampness is gone.

I got a DNF for the Fiery Gizzard run. Back pain set in around mile marker 13 and I had to scratch the run at 20.32 as I knew I could not finish. It looks like I have got to join the walkers unless anyone see a way for me to redeem myself??!!??

Fabulous workout! Definitely showed me areas I really need to work on improving!! @ToughHippieChick my hops were equally sad, BUT I know I can improve on them. I had to mod the mountain climbers and burpees as I have my right hand in a brace and can support weight on it for the time being.

Wow oh Wow oh Wow that HIIT the Ground Running was HARD for me! I am a dripping pool of sweet! Wow THANK YOU for introducing it to me!!! Much tougher that the Sprinters workout I have been doing! KUDOS!!!

Can I opt out this week?? I am in the middle of a DDD flare and it is affecting my ability to walk/work out/move. Completely cool if I can't, cuz if this were "real" I'd be walker bait so all y'all could get away. I just hope some one cares enough about me to stick me in my brain so I don't come back! LOL
