I am glad you pointed out the bit about 2 lbs/week. I started out that this. I lost 6 pounds last month, but last week I got so depressed about things that I didn't log anything in which was counterproductive. Today I woke up, and took my dog for a 50 minute walk because I was reminding myself that success is not linear.

That is one of my main concerns. Not only am I hungrier when I'm bleeding, but I always crave JUNK food. I love eating healthier but when I am on my period, I want pizza, chocolate, queso and other such crap. I am hoping to satisfy my junk food craving eating less and with better quality food.

I also dealt with severe anxiety for several years and have found doing at fifteen minutes of exercise will calm the anxiety and then I want to exercise longer.
