I did it!

Just wanted to say how much it has helped to have MyFitnessPal! I've lost almost 30 pounds and I'm so proud of myself for staying on track for a year. I never thought counting calories would do it for me, but it has! Learning how much I used to over eat was key. And now, I'm accountable and it's so easy with the app. Thanks...and I'm still keep track!
