I started the 30 day shred last month but only got to level 3 day 3 and ended up stopping because of the pain it caused my knee, I am not sure why because I don't think I was doing anything wrong. But I did manage to lose 5kg (11 pounds) so it wasn't a total failure, and I feel much more fitter as well.

Hey, I'm on day 5 of level 1 now, I feel like I can notice a change already, which is really keeping me going because my body so wants to give it, it hurts real bad and according to the scales I have lost 1.2 kg since Monday(which is when I started) even though I haven't been really sticking to my diet.
