Its a toss up today. One of my Fudge Graham chocolate bars by Zone Or my blueberry, banana,grape, protein powder smoothie! I cycled today for 74 min at a decent pace and then did yard work for an hour. I deserved it ! Burn those calories so i can have treats everyday!

I love potatoes in skin - but roasted with olive oil and garlic. I have eaten a lot of them on my journey here. Really help fill me up and haven't hurt my weight loss as long as i fit it in my calorie goal for that day.

You say you are working out, so are you eating those exercise calories? You are supposed to and that would make a difference i think on how you feel.

I would say go with the HR monitor. I cycle a lot - usually 20-30 miles per day and i use MFP's calorie guide with one change. If i average 15mph for my ride I go with the lower avg in MFP - 12-14. If i average 16 then i do use the 14-16 - because i figure i went pretty hard and am at the top of the 14-16. If i avg 15.9 -…

Do you exercise? Its such a help. You can then eat more - it will work! I go over almost everyday ~ but i do exercise everyday to more than compensate for it.

I have recently discovered smoothies. Wow - i waited my whole life to miss these great drinks?! I do put in a scoop of protein powder along with a banana, grapes, blueberries and ice. It is like a blueberry milkshake. So yummy! I have one everyday after i cycle. Can't imagine it could be bad for you.
