No problem. Remember that skates with smaller wheels are shorter wheelbase will give you a lot of maneuverability, which is soooo fun. Big wheels go fast, but it's like driving a semi truck. You'll have trouble avoiding obstacles. If you have any specific questions drop me a line.

Every pound of muscle burns 50 calories a day AT REST. So more muscles means less time in the gym. The best workout plan is the one you stick with, regardless of location. It takes a lot of muscle to really bulk up. Most of us are more muscular than we know. Just covered by fat.

Thank about how skinny Olympians are. They it 3X to 5X what we do. But it just balances out with the workouts they do. So they may eat 6k calories as their workout burned 5k, which equals only 1k net. Just an example. I know that number is to low.

It's relatively healthy I guess. I find the 6" Turkey very filling with not to many calories. Through Subway I discovered my taste for banana peppers.

How much are you looking to spend? Casual rec/fitness skates are probably best for you. Say 72-90mm wheels. Bigger wheels roller faster, but it's harder on your muscles. This is just a guess. It's probably complex cause if so many variables. How much weight you can vs are lifting. Rest between sets. The millions of different variations available in moves, not to mention equipment. but weights doesn't burn the calories so much when your doing it, but after as your body repairs itself. It's…

Diary seems to be private. Almonds are a great snack for protein. Or maybe a protein shake, most have low carbs. I wouldn't worry to much about it. A little over/under is fine. We're all humans, and no one's body works the same.

I'd log mowing the lawn as long as it's a push mower, not riding lol. I don't log walking around school, but I may do shopping. You burn tons of calories running for that last must have toy.

It takes time. Losing slowly is the healthy, maintainable way to do it. It will happen. Make sure you stay around your caloric goal. Not to far over OR UNDER.

Sometimes this can occur if you get to dehydrated. Much of our bodies are made of water with a little salt, conductive. If your water level or your salt gets to low it can cause muscles to misfire. I think the morning is the best time. As to the day, that's really just up to you. Some people like to do Mondays cause it's the start of the week. Some like Fridays. I usually do Wednesdays cause that's the day I joined MFP.

I just decided I'm going to take the high road on this one. It's my rest day and I need it. I remember a thread not to long ago about the worst thing people have been called and I don't want to cut anyone down for anything right now. I'm really feeding off the positive vibe here.

Take a day off exercising. Take a meal, just a meal, off dieting. And even then be reasonable in your portions. You can erase weight loss much faster than you can achieve it. I wish the reverse was true.
