Thanks all. I just remember meeting with a nutritionist on my campus last year and her telling me it's best to eat 2-3 eggs a week.... I was like eff that.

Well, i usually get at least 100g of protein a day. Been eating 40-50g of fat. I go to the gym on campus, so there's no trainers. Should I do any cardio at all?

Yeah... except I am clueless about toning. I just go to the gym and lift what ever looks appealing. I need to have some goal and I need to know what I'm doing. How long does it take to see results? Otherwise I just won't stick with it.

Well the healthy eating is not a problem. I just stray from it every now and then but only briefly! I need to focus on getting my minimum calories though, otherwise I will be under at the end of the day. I need exercise. I'm so unmotivated. Do you think its possible that I'm accumulating fat somehow if I'm eating healthy??

I have 30 day shred downloaded on my computer, as well as p90x and Insanity! The apartment room I'm living in is not enough space for me to be that active. And I don't want to do them in the living room where my other room mates could see me lol

I guess since I lowered my carbs and saw better results its just a fear in me to go over my carb intake, when it should probably be lower than where I have it now. Same with sodium. I am scared of both of those.

What is bm? I know I am not doing myself any favors, it's just seriously hard for me to reach 1200 calories without going over in all my macros. Okay, thanks for that :D heh... another issue is that I am probably not getting all the nutrients I need... this medicine makes me only want to eat carbs and sweets.... definitely not meat. I try to eat meat and just feel sick. Vegetables too.

Thanks everyone for your responses! Vegetables are so unappealing to me. I do like a side of green beans, broccoli, peas, carrots, potato. I am mostly a fruit eater and dairy eater, which is not good!! I'd love to eat more vegetables and cut out the dairy and sweets. They are just so unappealing to me.

It really depends, I try to go at least 3x/week. I don't particularly eat meat except at dinner time, so I rely on my protein from dairy and other things... which has sugar =/
