Baby steps. And taking control of you rmind. You can do it, start saying no to junk. Replace processed foods with lots of fruits and vegi's. Also, join a group for exercise, if it is at the gym, do classes. It really helps to do this in a group and have the support of others. Anddrink lots and lots of water.

There could be a few reasons why you are not loosing: First, you may not be eating enough calories. I know this sounds ridiculous, but sometimes when you don't eat enough, your body holds onto the weight. Second, you may need to change what you are eating and the type of exercise you are doing. You need variety and maybe…

Hi, I am about 2 weeks new to myfitnesspal. I can now say I am a runner and planning a half marathon in the fall. I have no friends, so please add me and we can help motivate each other. Moving countries is certainly a tough adjustment. You are doing great. The first step is to realize that you are overeating. That is a…

You need to move on and forget about the past. Each day is a new day. You should eat a fruit before you work out and then your lunch after your workout. That way you are not hungry before or after your workout. Try and pack alot of healthy snacks that way if you are hungry you have something healthy to reach out for.

 Well done! You should place a before and after picture on the fridge as a reminder as to how far you have come. And that you will not be going back there again.

If you don't eat enough calaories, you will not loose weight. Make sure you eat all your calories. I eat my exercise calaries during the day and then am forced to exercise even if I change my mind, as I don't want to go over my limit.

Well done!!!!!!!You are looking great.

You need to slow down, this will help your heart rate.

Time for new shoes. Your shoes have probably lost the cushioning you feet need.

Hi, It is always hard cutting the calories. I make a big pot of vegetable soup for the week. And if I am hungry, I reach for that. It really fills you up. Also, drinking lots of water fills you too. I recommend that you start off with some lighter exercise as spinning is very intense and may turn you off exercise. I highly…

You need to make small adjustments, one step at a time. Also you need to excercise as that increases your points dramatically. And this will allow you to eat your junk food and not feel guilty.

I have been running for just over a year. Ran sporting life 10K yesterday. I am now going to start training for a half marathon in Sept. I can highly recommend the running room. I have been running with them since the beginning. The group support and clinics are great. You run 3 times a week and build up to a distance that…
