I ran a half marathon in the fall of 2013. I can highly recommend running at least 3 times a week. I don't think running once a week is enough if you want to do a half marathon. If I use the TDEE calculator to calculate my calories I should eat every day. Do I still add my exercise calories on the days I exercise?
