If I use the TDEE calculator to calculate my calories I should eat every day. Do I still add my exercise calories on the days I exercise?

If you use the calculator correctly, you should be including your average exercise time into the activity level you choose. Assuming that's what you did, then no, you do not eat back the exercise calories because they're already factored in.0

Did you include your exercise when figuring TDEE?
If you included exercise in TDEE calculations, then don't log and eat back exercise calories (I like to have a record of exercise so I create my own exercise under the exercise tab and log it as 1 minute and 1 calorie burned, but that is just for my own goal setting. I like to go back and see how consistent I am being with exercise).
If you did not include exercise when calculating TDEE, then log it and eat back somewhere between half and three quarters of the exercise cals.0 -
My understanding is that it's kind of up to you. Personally, I calculated my TDEE as sedentary (desk job), and reduced that number by 20% to create a deficit. Then, when or if I workout, I log those calories and eat them back. I find it pretty accurate that way, and it's been working for me.
That being said though, I know plenty of people who factor their activity/exercise right into their TDEE calculation, stick to that calorie cap everyday, and experience equal weight loss. Different strokes!
