I find that men are more friendly to me. I receive so many compliments from so many people wherever I go. I find running so much easier and my fitness in general has improved. I have to work out daily else I feel horrible. I enjoy wearing clothes that show off my new body. And I look forward to eating my healthy meals. My…

Nothing wrong with oranges. I sometimes eat 3 a day as they are so good at the moment. But you should cut out the soup. that sodium wont do you any good.

Take baby steps, make small changes, one change at a time. And exercise, so you can eat back your exercise calories and you will feel good too from the exercise. Never give up, if you have a bad day or a bad meal, get straight back into it. Maybe taking a picture of yourself and blowing it up and placing it on the fridge.…

You are under eating and over exercising. You cannot continue like this forever. Not a lifestyle change.

Ran 18 km today and felt strong. Felt like I could go on running more.
-
Why don't you try a physical challenge, like entering a race, if you have enteered a race enter one with bigger challenges. The extra activity may help to get you where you want to be. Try make some changes, either in what you eat or how you exercise to get you motivated again. Good luck!

I like to eat a banana before a workout. It's packed with goodness and will help give you lots of energy to workout. Good luck!

Hi, I am a runner, Just ran my second half marathon a few weeks ago. Feel free to add me.

It is better to run than not to run!!!!!!!!
-
I just did my first run outdoors last night at -15 degrees celcius. Suprisingly,I was not cold, did not feel it. It felt so great to get some fresh air and beats the treadmill anyday. I have missed my outdoor running for 6 weeks now because of this weather and my half marathon is in less than 2 months. All I can say is,…

Have you tried eating a banana before going running? If it is a lack of potassium, then the banana should fix it. Also, warm up slowly, when our muscles are warm, you can push harder.

Just do It!!!

I found a new pair of shoes made the difference.

Before buying shoes, go and see a podiatrist and get some orthotics and get them to recommend a shoe, normally a neutral shoe with the orthotics. I use asics, love them.

Don't wait to start Zumba. Anyone can start, does not matter what your fitness level is. You do not have to do high impact moves, you can start with following the moves but doing it low impact and as you get fitter you can put more effort into the moves. Zumba is such fun, it's like going to a dance party. I never have to…

You can order it online for under $10.

Try mixing half apple juice and half water and drink this on your runs. I find the sugar in the juice gives me that little extra bit of energy I need to keep on going. I think you are just exhausted at the end, I used to feel like that sometimes too. Also try running more frequently, that should build up your stamina. Good…

You can certainly notice. You are looking great, keep it up.

You don't need equipment or machines to exercise. Go outside and start walking, you can build up to running eventually. You can use your own weight as weights. I joined the running room and run with a group for free twice a week. Try and find a group to exercise with, it is so much more motivating. Good luck with your…

I wear a headband. I would rather be comfortable when I work out. I would rather look like I am from the 80's than have my eyes burn. The headband works perfectly and I never have sweat dripping into my eyes and I am normally drenched after my workouts.

Amazing, a great inspiration to us all.
