I try to plan everything in advance so I don't use up all my calories too early in the day. It's easy to say no to a burrito at lunch if you know you'll have no calories left for dinner.

My diary is open so you can see what I've been eating. It's only been a little over a week so I'm trying not to get too discouraged. I log religiously. I won't even lick a smear of peanutbutter off my finger because there's no way to measure it. My settings are currently set to lose 1.5 lbs per week. Maybe I'll try scaling…

I'm 5'5", age 28 SW - 216.8, 16/18 pants, L/XL shirt CW - 204.2, 16 pants are comfortably loose, still L/XL shirt. I am large chested so I expect to be a L for a while. GW - 130-something, 6/8 pants, M shirt. Also hoping to drop a bra size or two.

I'm 27, mom to a 3 year old and a few weeks ago was shocked to see I weighed MORE than I did at 9 months pregnant. That was the reality check to get my *kitten* moving!
