I would also like any ideas regarding Clean eating. To go Snack bars for the road would be great! I've tried alot of recipes and purchased ALOT of ingredients my bars not so much. Can't find a great recipe and only need to make a small amount for two people.

Usually if I'm going to reward myself I only do it after alot of intense exercise aka burn a ridiculous amount of calories. So if you under ate so you could have a 400 calorie desert bar I'd say NO it's not ok

I also just started with MFP after a couple years in the dump. I lost 50 lbs and then put on 60 plus...any who lets stick together :) I'm back to following a Mediterranean diet as well as exercise. My weight is 180.6

On Dr. Oz.'s web site www.doctoroz.com there is a recipe for Rocco Disperito's fudge brownie's. They are under 100 calories. :bigsmile:
