I add it to multi-colored peppers, red onion and taco seasoning and make fajitas. I also saute with red onions and add some cream cheese at the very end, it is really good.

I used something called gentian Violet when my daughter got it and the Nystatin did not work. My doctor recommended it. It makes everything purple but it worked. Ask your doctor about it or google it.

I don't usually get food there but I was taking the kids for a treat and found out the soft serve only has 150 calories per cone! So yummy.

Great loss so far, I would say more veggies and fruit! Many you can eat on the go.

quorn is available in the US too. I love the quorn chicken. Only 80 cals. Per serving. I eat it every day.

I drink a lot of coffee, like three or four cups a day and I add half and half. I might be over estimating how much I use but I figure it catches up somewhere else. I do exercise but only for 25 minutes each morning on the elliptical.

I got something called better'n butter. I have found it at Target and Raley's (NOR cal store) It has 100 cals for 2 tablespoons. They use defatted peanuts. It is probably not the most natural thing in the world but it goes great with apples and rice cakes!

Do the 1200 but start by not counting any veggies, you will be surprised how many salads and carrots and celery you will eat when they don't "count" against your daily calories. Just remember to count the dressing.
