I am wondering why I would burn more calories running outside then inside on a treadmill? I have been wearing a HRM and my outside burn for 30 min is about 300 calories and on the tradmill it is closer to 225...am I running that much faster outside?
Help I have not lost a pound for two weeks. I am vegetarian who eats dairy and eggs. Someone look at my diary and please help me.
