I know the feeling! I have to change it up all the time or I get bored. I go to the Y mostly on the weekends and do my videos at home. I have many different ones to do so I can keep myself from being bored, Also if you go to You tube you can watch videos from there. I hope this helps!

I will drink Crystal light most times when I am not in a water mood. I am trying to get to like tea but I can't drink it without sugar, that defeats the purpose.

I would try eating something with fiber in it, that usually fills me up. An apple or some whole wheat crackers and cheese. I have problem with that too, I want all those foods I can't have. It usually is at around 3pm for me! I hate being hungry.

I don't like breakfast either. I have to force myself. I get up at 4:30 to workout , I have an oj or something before I do, then a small (i mean small) bowl of multigrain cheerios after my shower. It is getting eaier to eat in the morning now.

I try to walk everyday. I work at a school so during my lunch I will walk the building, 40 mins of walking in circles does really help, plus keeps troublemakers on their toes.
