I gained weight this week too. If you keep eating healthy (not just low calories) and workout when you can, you will see results. Slow and steady wins the race!

Hi! I'm Jestina and I'm about to turn 32. I'm looking for ways to eat healthier and stay in shape. I'm new to MFP and loving it so far! I've always yo-yo'd between 120 and 145 and I'd like to settle around 130-135.

Got my shorts at ****'s, I guess they're like Under Armour, they don't go up my crotch or my butt and they wick away the sweat. Love them!!!

I use this guide and it works :) http://www.simplyshredded.com/the-ultimate-female-training-guide.html I start with cardio as my warm up and stretch when I'm done. Oh yeah, and I do Tabata on Mondays and PIlates on Thursdays. I just do the weights on Tues, Wed, and Friday.

What's your goal? You seem like you're in the healthy range for your height. Congrats on the 10 lbs! Remember that muscle weighs more than fat so you might not lose much more if you're building muscle at all.

100% agree and would like to add that scale numbers don't mean much either. Muscle weighs more than fat and that's something to keep in mind when you're watching that scale go up and down.
