I feel you, the normal days mix with the pain days so often it's hard to know how severe my condition is. Either that, or I'm getting too used to the chronic pain. :-/ Sitting also bothers me too - at work, and especially on the commute home. At the end of the day I'm always so excited to lie down with my heating pad, lol.

I gained 2 lbs since 11/5...:( I didn't have a good weekend though, and this usually happens the Monday after. Hopefully I will get back to 176 by mid-week, and lose on from there! (Maybe I should weigh in Fridays too...)

That's a great idea. I do get my > 8 glasses per day, but I usually do "guzzle at night" unfortunately! Being on the computer all day, I forget to drink. Drinking too much at night, it's hard to go to bed because I have to pee so much! haha. :)

Try to be extra healthy the days before. No excessive taste testing, nibbling, or appetizers the day of! I'm going to let myself try everything, but just little portions - and only what I can fit on one plate. I'll try not to have seconds, but I'll have a small piece of pie and glass of wine. :) It's a holiday after all!…

Exactly! I wish they could just notice when I'm finally done. And yes, part of if is that I negatively interpret comments of "you look so thin!" as meaning, "you used to look much fatter!", which I know is my own issue.

Thanks guys! It's weird, I don't *usuallly* add milk to my oatmeal...but I'll try cutting it out entirely, then if that doesn't work, try a new breakfast.
