Filling, easy alternative to oatmeal?

Hi all! Been on this site for years but first time posting...
So, for a longggg time I've had a daily breakfast of oatmeal. Keeps me full till lunch, relatively healthy (I eat Nature's Path brand), easy to add fruit mix-ins, etc. - and most important, handy to bring to work and make anytime.
But I've just come to the realization that this oatmeal maybe the culprit for the early-afternoon gas I get DAILY at work. (Not sure how this didn't dawn on me before...)
So I'm thinking I need an alternative to oatmeal - but I don't eat a lot of grains and I'm wary to lose this source of fiber. Can anyone suggest something portable, easy, and filling (and not too processed) that I can eat often without bloating?
Thank you so much for any suggestions!

Actually gas is more likely to come from the milk than from the oats.
Maybe you should try it with almond or soy milk for about a week and see it that helps.0 -
Maybe a different type of grain - like Malt O'Meal, Cream of Wheat, Grits? Or like Illona88 mentioned maybe it's the dairy - switch it up a bit. Plus variety is always a good thing in my book!0

Thanks guys! It's weird, I don't *usuallly* add milk to my oatmeal...but I'll try cutting it out entirely, then if that doesn't work, try a new breakfast.0

I never add milk to my oatmeal... cook it with water, add frozen berries and a packet of sweetener to it and it's perfect!0

I replaced oatmeal with flaxmeal in my yogurt...Full of fibre..0
