I was diagnosed with it just started Cpap, still very tired. Does anyone have any tips to help with weight loss. I am so tired sometimes I don't feel like cooking and don't have time to find something healthy to eat.

I was recently diagnosed wtih sleep apnea and I had some questions. How long does it take once you start using the cpac to feel a difference, and how long does it take before you start to lose weight through exercise and eating properly after starting the cpap?

Just some more information, I also have acid reflux so veggies and fruits (tomatoes, cucumber, citrus, bananas, celery, peppers) also bother me so my fruits and veggies are limited
