My grazing over 5 hours did me in, but back on track today i took a little notebook with me and kinda logged everything i was eating i thought it would curb me but did not do it as well as i hoped oh well as i said before live,learn,log,and move on :smile:

about 20 mins ago I still do fast food as long as it fits in m daily goal. I just don't order as much as much as i use to and more chicken less burgers.

I have lost 50lbs eating bananas almost every day nothing beats it self contained and portable i keep one in my lunch bag at work

26 lbs off next goal that would put my BMI in healthy range but the lower i go i am more concerned on BF% and how i look compared to the number

check your local dollar/99 cent store a lot of them are incorporating grocery and produce in them there is a story of a of a guy who was broke lost 250 pounds shopping at the 99 cent store

yah annoying to break out the spreadsheet to calculate the meal but i made a spreadsheet that does all the adding for me and i put in the servings and divides it accordingly but i know it is for the greater good of my waistline so i keep up with it :smile:

one thing i like to do is make a big pot a spaghetti sauce using jarred sauce (i like Prego Light smart) with a little ground turkey and mushrooms garlic i usually water it down a little and get get 6 under 100 cal servings out of 1 jar then when i need it just spend 10 mins boiling pasta and steaming veggies and feed off…

i find moderation works for me i still go to fast food and such and get some of the unhealthy things but in moderation and keep it within my daily limit i am stubborn Capricorn so i maybe that is why it works for me

liquids,solids, and the oil you fry in you should count everything or your counter wont be accurate it's a bit confusing at first but once you do it every day it gets easier :)

i like my water plain and cold nothing like cold water especially if you been working out to the point i keep 2 pitchers of water in the fridge so i always have cold water
