you basically have learned the metric system due to logging food :laugh: before logging i did not know an ounce was 28g but now i can flip back and forth in my head for how much i need

i log the night before using kinda averages i have figured out for the food weights (i eat a lot of the same things often) then fix the numbers after i eat the meals for the real weights and see what i have left

also if your running make sure you get good running shoes. go to a specialty running store so they can get shoes that fit your running style that eliminated my shin splits

somewhere between 9:30 and 10 min depends on the day and how i am feeling the fastest i have done a mile is a bit over 9 mins been running since april still trying to build endurance i am not a fast runner but i am running that is all that matters :)

the Cantina Double Steak Quesadilla from Taco Bell i did a massive amount of food juggling to make that thing fit my macros i mean it is decent but not 960 cal good i expect taste explosion for that many calories i should have got my usuall 900 cal treat the double baconator

i weigh at work so i use industrial freight scales that are ensured to be accurate within 1% so i know the weight on them is accurate

i pre log too but i do it the night before my pre bed ritual is to sit here and play food diary gymnastics to get what i want to eat to meet my macros ,i am not good enough to have perfect macros each meal on my own.

my rice cooker has a steam function so i like steaming mine after marinating them in a in a sauce overnight always comes out moist and something i don't really need to pay as much attention to like for multi tasking reason i can cook them while doing something else

i still eat fast food weekly i like it IIFYM i have just changed my choices a bit and limited the sheer quantity i get what i get but sometimes the only cure for wanting a baconator is getting a baconator :laugh: (though i usually get the son of instead of the double i use to get)
